When will my order be shipped?
In-stock merchandise is generally shipped within 5-7 working days. Allow 3 additional days for personalized items.

The weathervane ships directly from the artist in approximately 8-10 business days.

What shipping method do you use?
We use USPS 2-day Priority Mail. When your order is shipped you will receive an email notice with the shipping date, a tracking number and a link to USPS.com to track your order..

What are your shipping and handling rates ?
Our normal shipping and handling rates are as follows:

Up to $19.95 = $7.25
$20.00 - $44.95 = $9.25
$45.00 - $ 64.95 = $11.25
$65.00 - $ 79.95 = $15.25
$80.00 - $99.95 = $19.25
$100.00 - $149.95 = $23.25

**Orders exceeding $150 are charged $23.25 or actual shipping charge based on weight plus 20%, whichever is the greater.**

What about international orders?
Orders placed from outside the United States are charged $37.00 US or actual shipping charge based on weight plus 20%, whichever is the greater.

You will be contacted to confirm actual shipping and handling charge before your order is processed.
